Penstemon Sour Grapes

Penstemons flower over a long period, from mid-summer to the first frosts. 'Sour Grapes' is a large-leaved variety with grape purple, flushed green flowers that are borne from midsummer to mid-autumn, which helps to attract beneficial insects to the garden. Plant in well-drained soil in sun or partial shade. A beautiful evergreen, that does particularly well in a sheltered spot or even on the patio. Supplied in approx 1litre containers.
