Hosta 'Paul's Glory'
Availability: In stock
Hosta ‘Paul’s Glory’ is an award-winning perennial celebrated for its two-tone variegated foliage. Large, heart-shaped leaves emerge chartreuse-yellow with broad blue-green margins, gradually maturing to a rich golden-yellow centre that creates a luminous effect in shaded areas of the garden. In summer, elegant stems of pale lavender to white flowers rise above the foliage, attracting pollinators while adding extra seasonal interest. Its bold leaf colour and impressive form make it a standout choice for woodland gardens, shaded borders and container displays.
Growing to approximately 60–70cm in height and up to 90–120cm in spread, ‘Paul’s Glory’ forms a substantial clump that provides excellent ground cover and texture. Easy to grow and long-lived, it thrives in moist, fertile, well-drained soil and benefits from regular watering during dry periods. Remove faded flower stems and tidy old foliage in late autumn or early spring to keep plants looking their best. Plant in partial to full shade, avoiding harsh afternoon sun, and pair with heuchera, fern varieties, and astilbe for a beautiful combination of colour, texture and seasonal interest.
Supplied in approx. 2 litre containers.
