Erysimum Bowles Mauve - Perennial Wallflower
Erysimum 'Bowles Mauve' adds long-lasting colour to the garden. This evergreen perennial is a garden classic, producing an almost constant display of mauve-purple blooms from early spring until autumn. Its tall stems stand above the grey-green leaves, offering structure and a bright hue that attracts bees and other pollinators. This hardy wallflower is ideal for borders, rock gardens, or pots and requires little maintenance in any type of garden.
Plant in well-drained soil in a sunny location for optimal results. Bowles Mauve grows well in poor to moderately rich soils and is drought resistant once planted. Regular deadheading extends the flowering season, and a short trim after flowering helps keep the plant in shape. For a more dramatic display, pair with silver-leaved plants like Lavender or contrasting spring bulbs.
Supplied in approx 2 litre containers.
