Hosta montana 'Aureomarginata'
Availability: Out of stock
Hosta montana 'Aureomarginata' is a majestic, large-leaved perennial known for its striking leaves. Each large, deep green leaf is elegantly bordered with a wide, uneven band of golden yellow, which adds brightness and contrast to shady sections of the garden. Tall spikes of pale lavender flowers bloom above the lush clumps from spring, attracting pollinators and providing a delicate touch to the display.
This hosta is ideal for forest gardens, shady borders, or as a statement item in big pots. It prefers moist rich, well-drained soil and partial to full shade. It is highly regarded for its capacity to produce dense, weed-controlling ground cover. Combine with ferns, astilbes, or heucheras to create a layered, textured planting scheme that will look great all season long.
Supplied in approx 2 litre containers.
