Pear Tree - Concorde Patio (Quince Eline)
Availability: Out of stock
Perfect for small gardens and container growth, the Concorde Patio Pear Tree is a compact, elegant variety that brings both charm and flavour to your outdoor space. In spring, it erupts with clusters of delicate white blossoms, followed by glossy green foliage. By early autumn, it bears slender, golden-skinned pears with a gentle russet blush. The fruit is smooth, aromatic, and meltingly sweet, ideal for eating fresh.
Specially trained for patio growing, this tree fits beautifully into courtyards, balconies, or small cottage gardens. It thrives in full sun and prefers moist, well-drained soil. As a self-fertile variety, it doesn’t need a pollination partner, and its naturally compact habit makes pruning a breeze. Simply shape in winter and keep the soil moist during dry spells. With minimal effort, 'Concorde Patio' offers years of spring beauty and delicious autumn harvests.
Supplied in approx. 12 litre containers grafted on Quince Eline rootstock. This dwarfing pear variety produces smaller trees with an ultimate height between 2 and 3m. Similar to Quince C, but it is generally more productive and better tolerates cold temperatures.
