Pinus sylvestris Watereri
Availability: In stock
One of the finest compact forms of Scots Pine available, Pinus sylvestris ‘Watereri’ offers all the character of a classic pine in a beautifully manageable size. This distinctive evergreen forms a dense, rounded shrub with cool steel-blue needles that provide year-round structure and colour. As it matures, it develops a broad, architectural habit with sturdy branches and a naturally balanced shape, creating a strong focal point without overwhelming the space.
Ideal for sunny positions in well-drained soil, ‘Watereri’ is exceptionally hardy and tolerant of exposed sites once established. Its manageable size makes it perfect for smaller gardens, gravel beds, or as a feature specimen in mixed borders. It pairs beautifully with our ornamental grasses, low-growing heathers, or silver-leaved shrubs such as Santolina chamaecyparissus for a refined, textural planting scheme. Reliable, low-maintenance, and wonderfully sculptural, this is an outstanding evergreen for year-round interest.
Supplied in approx. 7.5 litre containers.
