It produces reliable yields even in cooler or less-than-ideal conditions, making it a favourite for gardens across the UK. In spring, it also offers a lovely display of white blossom, attracting pollinators. Farleigh Damson is self-fertile and easy to grow, ideal for both beginners and experienced gardeners. Prune after fruiting in late summer to maintain shape and reduce the risk of disease. Grow with Victoria or Merryweather Damson for a rich variety of flavours and extended harvesting.
