Very good quality tree

Great tree, nice shape, looks really good once unwrapped after keeping it in the garden for a week after delivery in the garden (did put it in water). Efficient delivery.

Fabulous!

Taking delivery of my tree was nice and easy , well packed.
Over the moon with my tree this year, its tall and full and far too large for the space we have for it but what a centrepiece it makes :)
The needles are soft and green and smell delicious.
Im amazed buy the size of the trunk on it , by far the largest we’ve ever received and am happy that the tree will support my 2 year olds paddington theme this year.

Excellent tree

Arrived a couple of days earlier than expected so I was concerned how long it would last, but we're taking it down today and it has lasted very well. Not much needle drop at all and only a bit of droopiness, considering we've had it up for 5 weeks it's amazing! Will definitely be getting our tree from here next year. Very full as well and great size. Arrived damp which shows it was well cared for. We had to remove a bottom branch to get it into the base but I've had to do that before with lot trees as well. Couldn't have asked for better.

Beautiful Fresh Tree and Fast Delivery, Packaged Well 5* Rating from us

We have been getting real trees for over ten years but Unfortunately, our usual place has closed their doors so we found gardening express online and fell in love with the Nordmann Fir Tree, and what a great offer I did read the reviews and looked at the pics so I was aware of its size. It was delivered within a few days and well packaged. You could see the tree was well-groomed and looked after and the smell was amazing. It doesn't come with a base which I wasn't aware of but most don't so we made one with MDF. The tree was moist so you can tell they looked after it and it bounced into shape instantly I did leave it to settle before I decorated it but as you can see it is beautiful, not much pine needle drops as usually when bringing into my home which was a bonus and now it is in place hardly any needles dropping off it smells great and as you can see very green and fresh Thank you so much and have a safe and lovely Christmas

Once you have received your tree we recommend you keep it outside with the stump in a bucket of water for as long as possible before you wish to bring it inside, this will ensure the longest possible life for your tree in the home. The longer you keep outside, the longer the life of your tree over the festive period.

When you are ready to bring your tree inside, you will need to remove the netting from your Luxury Nordman Fir cut Christmas Tree, it is best to do this outside as there will be a small amount of loose needles, this is normal and nothing to worry about it is simply a result of the netting and transportation and will happen to all trees. It is also caused by the initial shock the tree receives while being cut at the plantation and the trees will drop all of the older needles that they would have dropped anyway while they were growing. Give the tree a good shake to remove the loose ones.

Inside, position your tree away from direct heat sources such as radiators and open fires as this can dry out and damage the tree. Ideally your tree should be positioned somewhere so that it gets a few hours of natural light each day, even if it isn't direct sunlight. Think of your tree like a bunch of cut flowers.

Your living tree, just like any living plant needs to be watered, your stand should be able to hold plenty of water around the stump. It is best to use warm water the first time you fill your tree stand as this allows the sap to move more freely around the tree. Because your tree has been freshly cut there is no need to trim the base, although you can do so if you wish.

Most trees will need to be watered once per day to ensure the base of the tree never dries out, your tree will drink several litres per day in the first week or two. Loss of needles is usually a result of the tree drying out, so please do be diligent in keeping your tree well watered.
