Prunus Spire - Cherry Blossom Tree

Prunus 'Spire' is a stunning upright cherry blossom tree, perfect for smaller gardens or tight spaces. Its slender, columnar shape is an elegant structure. While in early spring, it bursts into clouds of pale pink, single flowers that attract bees and pollinators. Green foliage follows, turning fiery orange and red in autumn for a second season of colour. Low-maintenance and slow-growing, it’s ideal for urban gardens, patios, or as a focal point in mixed borders.

Plant in full sun in well-drained soil. Prune lightly after flowering to maintain shape. Mulch annually to retain moisture and feed in spring with a balanced fertiliser.
