Rose 'American Pillar' is a superb new bush rose, famed for its stunning single blooms of bright cerise-pink with a glowing white centre and golden stamens. Flowering once in early to mid-summer, this rose delivers a spectacular, almost wall-like display when trained over arches, fences, or pergolas. Growing up to 4–6 metres, it’s perfect for adding vertical interest and can even tolerate some shade. Its open flowers and powerful perfume are also highly attractive to pollinators. Plant in full sun or partial shade in moist, well-drained soil. Tie in new shoots to supports, and prune after flowering. Pair with clematis or white-flowering climbers for a dramatic contrast.
