Rosa 'Schoolgirl' is a vigorous and cheerful climbing rose, producing large, semi-double flowers in a warm apricot-orange shade with a golden-yellow base. Lightly scented, the blooms appear in generous clusters from early summer right through to autumn, bringing a continuous splash of sunshine to the garden. Its glossy green foliage and healthy growth make it an excellent choice for covering vertical spaces.
Plant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil. Tie in and train new shoots, and prune in late winter or early spring. Perfect for arches, pergolas, trellises, or walls, where its vibrant colour can be fully appreciated.
