Rosa 'Maid of Kent' is a vigorous and striking climbing rose, producing large, semi-double blooms in rich crimson-red with a golden eye at the centre. Lightly scented and free-flowering, it blooms generously from early summer through to autumn, creating a bold and cheerful display on arches, trellises, or walls. Its healthy green foliage provides a perfect backdrop to the vibrant flowers.
Plant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil. Train and tie in young shoots to encourage coverage, and prune in late winter or early spring. Ideal for cottage gardens, entrances, or vertical features where long-lasting, vivid colour is desired.
