Rose ‘Penelope Hobhouse’ is a graceful hybrid musk rose named after the legendary garden writer. This arching shrub displays clusters of fragrant, semi‑double blooms—white with pale pink buds and golden-yellow stamens—continuously from summer into autumn. Reaching around 1–1.5 m, it may be trained as a charming small climber. Glossy light-green foliage and a good resistance to disease enhance its appeal, while vibrant orange‑red hips add winter interest.
