Although the vast majority of our customers are very happy with both our products and services we do appreciate that due to the nature of selling you live plants that sometimes problems occur which require resolving.

Rather than raise your issue directly via the Resolver service your issue will get resolved much quicker by dealing with us directly. This is because due to how Resolver operates delays in communications can occur.

Therefore we kindly request that you either use our chat service which is available between the hours of 8.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4pm Saturday, 10am to 4pm Sunday.
