Aubretia Kitte is a fantastic carpeting hardy plant that forms small mounds or blankets that become smothered with comparatively large flowers of blue-purple through April and May. It will reach just 5-8cms tall, but spread up to 60cms wide. Ideal for rock gardens and containers, for trailing down walls, as ground cover on sunny banks or at the front of mixed or herbaceous borders.
Aubretia Kitte will thrive in any reasonable, well-drained soil, and needs very little maintenance, just cut back hard after flowering for a neat evergreen mound.
Supplied in approx. 1.5 litre containers, and covered in buds and flowers in season.

Very pleased!
I bought x 5 of these plants. They arrived well packaged, healthy and with some tiny buds starting to show. The pots were a little sparse, but I'm putting that down to the type of plant they are. They look delicate, so like all the other plants I bought from GE, I have put them in the green house where I will manage them until the weather is warmer. Overall happy with all aspects of GE service.
