Prunus serrula - Tibetan Cherry Tree
Availability: Out of stock
Prunus serrula, also known as the Tibetan Cherry tree, is prized for its shape and exceptionally beautiful bark. In early spring, it produces small, white flowers, attracting pollinators and adding a gentle burst of life to the garden. As the season progresses, the tree’s green foliage forms a light, airy canopy, turning golden yellow in autumn. In winter, its true star quality shines, the rich, mahogany-red bark peels slightly to reveal a polished, coppery surface that glows in low light.
Â
Plant in a sunny or lightly shaded position with fertile, well-drained soil. Prunus serrula is easy to care for, requiring only light pruning in summer to remove dead or crossing branches and to highlight its stunning bark.

Supplied in approx. 12 litre containers.
