Thuja occidentalis Bowling Ball

Mr. Bowling Ball is a dwarf, globe-shaped evergreen shrub with soft, fine-textured green foliage. It grows slowly to about 2–3 feet tall and wide, keeping its rounded form without pruning. Requiring no pruning to maintain its tidy form, it’s ideal for low-maintenance borders, rock gardens, containers or neat foundation planting. Slow-growing and highly ornamental, it adds structure and colour in all seasons.

Thrives in full sun to partial shade in moist, well-drained soil. Drought-tolerant once established. Perfect for front-of-border planting, containers, or formal designs. Pairs well with dwarf grasses, heucheras, or other compact conifers for year-round interest.
