Tomato 'Absinthe' is a tall, vigorous variety already full of leafy growth and preparing to produce stunning green fruits with an amber blush. These mid-season beefsteak-style tomatoes can range from 300g to a staggering 1.4kg. Inside, the light green flesh is streaked with pink and delivers a rich, sweet, and slightly spicy flavour, perfect for fans of old-fashioned, green-when-ripe varieties. Highly productive and packed with character, it's a real garden standout.
Grow in full sun with strong support for its 1.8m vines. Water consistently and feed well to support large fruit development and prolonged harvests.
