This vigorous perennial is widely loved for its vibrant showy flowers giving you mid-summer colour and beautiful large stems. Hollyhocks are the ideal plant for a perennial border scheme giving height and summer colour to any area. ‘Charters Double Purple’ displays amazing deep rosy-purple flowers throughout mid-summer which are highly attractive to butterflies and bees. These flowers are borne on tall stems with a maximum height of 2 metres with great deep green rounded leaves.
Make sure to place this Hollyhock in a bright border as it thrives in full sun. It is a versatile plant able to grow in exposed or sheltered areas and any soil type as long as it is well-drained. Supplied in approx 1 litre ccontainers.
