Clematis 'Myosotis'

Clematis ‘Myosotis’ is a striking, large-flowered climber admired for its soft, lavender blooms that appear in generous flushes from late spring into early summer. Each flower features broad, gently overlapping petals with a subtle sheen, surrounding a contrasting centre of dark purple-brown anthers that add depth and definition. The overall effect is elegant yet fresh, making this variety a beautiful choice for lifting walls, fences, arches, or obelisks with cool, calming colour.

Easy to grow and rewarding, Clematis ‘Myosotis’ thrives in sun or partial shade, with its roots kept cool in moist but well-drained soil. It benefits from mulch or low-growing plants at its base. As a Group 2 clematis, it requires only light pruning after flowering to remove dead or weak stems and encourage healthy regrowth.
