Delphinium 'Red Lark' - Rare 'Coral-Red' Delphinium

Delphinium 'Red Lark' is not only very distinctive thanks to the vibrant coral-red blooms, but it is also a reliable, hardy herbaceous perennial. Displaying spires of flowers from early to midsummer, it's compact compared to most delphiniums, reaching around 3ft tall in full bloom, and is therefore an ideal candidate for the middle of a herbaceous border ot perhaps for adding an unusual twist to a cottage garden planting. Perhaps however, reserve a roomy patio planter for it to be observed at closer quarters. 

Ideally, in full sun to partial shade on well-drained, fertile soil, be sure to keep your Red Lark Delphinium well watered as it gets its roots down into your soil. For a breathtaking garden display, combine it with other perennials that bloom around the same time in mid-summer.
