Eucalyptus websteriana 'Botanic Hearts'
Eucalyptus websteriana 'Botanic Hearts', often known as Heart-leaved mallee, is a magnificent and compact eucalyptus species valued for its distinctive, heart-shaped silvery-blue leaf and decorative appeal. This slow-growing, small tree or shrub adds a touch of Australian wilderness to landscapes and is ideal for containers, Mediterranean-style gardens, or as a standout display plant. Its scented leaves provide year-round attractiveness, while its creamy-white blossoms attract pollinators in the summer.
For optimal results, plant in well-drained soil and in full sun. Water regularly when young, but less often once established, as eucalyptus is drought-tolerant. Prune sparingly to shape or encourage bushier growth, and keep young plants safe from harsh cold. A stunning and uncommon option for year-round structure and texture in the landscape!
Supplied in approx. 1 litre containers.
