Geranium × riversleaianum 'Russell Prichard'

A superb hardy Geranium, 'Russell Prichard' is valued for its long flowering season, spreading habit and masses of magenta-pink blooms. From early summer into autumn, saucer-shaped flowers with dark veining appear generously above deeply divided, fresh green foliage. Its low, naturally spreading growth makes an attractive carpet that helps soften border edges and suppress weeds. 

Easy to grow and wonderfully floriferous, this perennial performs best in full sun/partial shade and reasonably well-drained soil. Water occasionally in long dry spells to encourage flowering. Trim back tired flowers and foliage to promote further blooms. Perfect for ground cover, border fronts, cottage gardens, banks and planting beneath Roses.
