Geum rivale Album
Availability: Out of stock
A sweet and subtle perennial, Geum rivale 'Album' is prized for its pure white, bell-shaped, drooping flowers. In the garden, these fragile blossoms provide a dreamy, ethereal look as they hang elegantly from arching stems. This type, which blooms from late spring to early summer, looks great next to water features, in woodland gardens, or in shady borders where its delicate beauty can be completely appreciated. It spreads similarly and reaches a moderate height of approximately 30 to 40cm.
To replicate 'Album's native woodland environment, plant it in wet, well-drained soil in partial to full shade. This plant does well in milder climates and looks great when combined with other perennials that like shade, such as hostas and ferns, to create a calming garden haven.
Supplied in approx. 1 litre containers.
