Product ref: P26668

Availability: Out of stock

A classic perennial, Hosta 'Royal Standard' is cherished for its fragrant white flowers and lush, green foliage. Large, glossy leaves in dense clumps characterise this variety, which makes it a great ground cover for areas with shade. It produces tall spikes of pure white, tubular flowers in late summer that are elegant and draw pollinators.

Plant Hosta 'Royal Standard' in partially to fully shaded, well-drained, fertile soil. It needs frequent irrigation, especially in dry spells, and grows best in soil that is moist and rich in humus. Mulch your soil once a year to keep it moist and keep weeds at bay. To keep the plant neat, trim off spent flower stalks, and split clumps every few years to keep them vigorous.

Supplied in approx 10.5cm pots.
