Leucanthemum Real Galaxy - Shasta Daisy
Bred for exceptional flower power and impressive bloom size, Leucanthemum ‘Real Galaxy’ produces some of the fullest, most eye-catching Shasta daisy flowers you can grow. This outstanding variety showcases large, semi-double to double white blooms with layers of finely textured petals surrounding a rich golden-yellow centre, creating a wonderfully full, almost frilled effect. Flowering generously from early to late summer, it forms a sturdy, upright clump that brings brightness, structure, and a classic cottage-garden charm to borders and containers alike.
Thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, ‘Real Galaxy’ is a hardy, reliable perennial that returns year after year with minimal fuss. Regular deadheading will encourage even more blooms and prolong the display, while a light tidy in autumn or early spring keeps plants looking fresh and vigorous. It pairs beautifully with ornamental grasses, Salvia, or Nepeta for a long-lasting, pollinator-friendly planting scheme. Easy to grow and low to moderate in maintenance, this superb Shasta daisy is perfect for gardeners seeking bold summer impact with dependable performance.
