Mangave Pineapple Express

This Mangave is a great unusual addition to your summer patio, border display or houseplant scheme. Mangave are tender perennial succulents with beautiful thick, fleshy arching leaves and an elegant spined edge. Its leaves are a deep green heavily covered in stunning burgundy blotches, adding striking evergreen colour to any garden. Mangaves are a relatively new plant formed by a cross between Manfreda and Agave, taking the fast growth and patterns of Manfreda but the refined shape of Agave.

This Mangave performs best in a bright area, thriving in full sun and should be sheltered from cold winter conditions. Place in dry to average, well-drained soil this succulent is drought resistant once established. It is in fact perfect to be grown indoors and used as a houseplant.
