Lythrum virgatum 'Dropmore Purple' is an upright perennial that produces tall spires of intense magenta-purple flowers from summer into early autumn, bringing vertical interest to borders and wildlife gardens. Its long-lasting blooms are highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinators, while the neat, clump-forming habit makes it an excellent choice for adding colour and structure. This hardy variety performs reliably year after year.
