Plant on rich, well-drained soil in either full sun or light shade. Water regularly in dry weather and trim down in the autumn. Its immaculate blossoms and soft appeal go perfectly with light blue nepeta or pale pink roses for a sophisticated garden theme. A lasting and very romantic peony.
