Paeonia lactiflora Patio Peony Rome is ideal for small locations providing all the charm of conventional peonies in a tidy, compact shape. This lovely variety produces fully double rose-pink flowers that have a gentle, romantic look and a subtle aroma. It blooms from late spring to early summer and is great for patio pots, small borders, and balcony gardens with restricted space but unlimited elegance.

Plant in fertile, well-drained soil, either full sun or light shade. Water and feed often during the growing season. Cut back foliage in autumn. Combine with low-growing lavender or silvery foliage to create an elegant and space-saving flower arrangement.
