When in bud and flower, this hardy Californian Lilac tree will look absolutely resplendent in bright blue. Attractive tree for the patio. Lovely dark Evergreen Foliage. Beautiful blue flower from late Spring into early summer! Foliage looks smart all year round. Forms a neat Lollipop head above the clear stem. Ideal in a pot on the patio, simply clip the head of foliage to keep in shape and maintain a smart topiary look. Normally offered only as a bush, we have limited quantities available as a stunning standard tree.

A long, clear stem supports a bushy lollipop head of foliage that bursts into colour in early Summer. Fluffy, blue blooms will cover the head of the tree, creating a spectacular display for many weeks. Very easily pruned into shape to keep bushy and rounded. Keep in moist, well-drained soil in a nice bright position, and these will really reward you. Perfect for patio planters, these can be planted in a situation where they are easy to admire, they can be grown and kept in the same way as a standard bay tree. Clip regularly for compact head of foliage, but remember not to trim too early each year, and you'll enjoy the dazzling display of blue flowers.

Lovely lilacs!

My pair of lilacs arrived as scheduled and in great condition. Photos shows them on arrival out of the box, with the chair and pot for scale. They seem very healthy. Excited for the spring!

Ceanothos standard pair

Excellent condition on arrival, potted up in 2 large pots side of front door, bought last year end of summer, and this year they are flourishing they are full of buds waiting to burst into colour, really pleased, initially nervous buying online and spending nearly 60 on 2 plants SSH didn't tell the non gardening hubby! But they have grown beautifully, a bit of chicken pellets in spring and they seem to like the spot despite winds during the winter.Thankyou have ordered more things this year.

So far so good

Arrived healthy and well packed in December.
Planted immediately in containers. Needed to protect from surge of snow and frosts and they survived now beginning to show signs of flowering. No maintenance required to date. Very pleased with the shrubs so all good
