Phlox subulata 'Fort Hill' is a charming, mat-forming perennial that creates a blanket of soft rose-pink flowers with delicate darker centres in spring. Its low-growing, evergreen habit makes it perfect for spilling over walls, softening the edges of borders, or brightening rockeries. Loved by bees and butterflies, it adds early-season cheer and long-lasting colour.

Plant in full sun in well-drained soil, it's ideal for slopes, gravel gardens, or containers. Drought-tolerant and easy to grow, it needs little care beyond a light trim after flowering to keep its compact shape.
