Physocarpus opulifolius 'Little Joker' produces small, cream coloured flower heads with a hint of pink, yellow centres and graceful stamens - a lovely contrast to the burgundy red foliage. This strong shrub will look great in your garden! Also known 'Ninebark', Little Joker Physocarpus is a compact shrub that will also be happy and do well in a large container on the patio, or simply look great as a solitary border shrub.

In autumn, lovely red berries are formed. It sheds its leaves in the winter time but not before turning a beautiful autumnal tint. This is a hardy plant that is attractive all year through. A useful compact shrub for small urban gardens, mass plantings, or a low maintenance landscaping.
