Rosa 'Alec's Red' is a classic hybrid tea rose known for its large, deep red flowers and rich fragrance. Flowering in flushes from early summer through autumn, each beautifully formed flower stands on robust stems, making it an excellent choice for cutting and a stunning highlight in borders.

Grow in full sunlight in fertile, well-drained soil. Feed regularly and deadhead to promote repeat flowering. Prune in late winter or early spring. Grow beside salvia for a startling contrast, or combine with Nepeta for a softer, more romantic appearance. For a more modern look, frame with silver-foliage Artemisia.
