Cytisus Zeelandia - Broom

‘Zeelandia’ is a striking shrub with dark green foliage. The darker colour of the leaves creates a beautiful contrast with the pink and cream blooms; this plant gets absolutely covered in flowers from late spring to early summer. As it stays quite compact this is perfect for smaller gardens or to be mixed in with other plants in a shrub border. It’s known as the ‘broom’ plant with branches reminiscent of bristles which create a really interesting dynamic when grown near plants with bigger leaves. 

Grow this plant in full sun in well-drained soil; it will tolerate any acidity and most soil types but avoid clay. 

Supplied in an approx 1.5 to 2 litre container.
