Thuja occidentalis 'Smaragd' - 80-100cm Specimen or Hedging Conifers

I’m very happy with my experience. After searching many garden retailers across the UK, I found their prices to be lower than most other suppliers, which was great.
The plants arrived very well packaged in a neat and professional way. The trees looked healthy and fresh when I opened the delivery. I ordered six plants, four of them were excellent and very strong, while two were slightly weaker, but still in acceptable condition overall.
Customer service was also very impressive. My email was answered in less than an hour, which was really helpful.

One thing to keep in mind is the delivery time. The website mentions around 5 working days for processing, but delivery can take an additional 5–10 days. In total, it took around 10–15 days for my order to arrive. However, considering the quality of the plants, the wait was definitely worth it.

Another thing I really appreciated was that all the trees were very similar in height and size, which made planting them in the garden look much more uniform and professional. I have also uploaded photos showing the packaging, the plants when I opened the box, and the final result after planting.
Overall, a very positive experience and I would happily order from them again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Never had bought from “GE” before. When the trees arrived shocked they were brilliant.

The service and the name of the company is truly indeed matches. What an amazing and beautiful plants. How come I have never known about Garden Express. I asked Google to give me a good plant shop and then boom, Google recommended Garden Express to me.

I needed more plants for a boarders of my front garden my back garden but I was worried that how’s the plant going to be when it arrived but I was very impressed and overwhelmed how all the plants were wrapped and packed really well.

Believe or not I placed my order on 08/10/2022 and I received my plants today 12/10/2022, I have planted all the 8 plants.
