Vinca minor 'Aureovariegata' - Variegated Periwinkle

This Periwinkle’s stunning golden variegated foliage is the perfect bright groundcover, suited for trailing along the front of a mixed border or hanging from a container in a patio planting scheme. The bright delicate stems hold opposite pairs of small, glossy mid-green leaves with irregular creamy-yellow margins and marking. Its beautiful violet-blue flowers emerge in April and remain all the way to September, giving you spring, summer, and autumn colour and stand out amazingly against the variegated foliage. 

A highly versatile plant, this Periwinkle can grow in full shade, full sun, or partial shade and establishes in any soil type or pH. It is fully hardy so can thrive in exposed or sheltered gardens and prefers moist but well-drained soil.
