Wisteria floribunda macrobotrys 'Blue Waterfall' - circa 5-6ft

This amazing Japanese Wisteria is sure to give you wonderful blue flowers and a stunning spring scent. Its dense, dark green leaves contrast beautifully with the iconic, pea-like blue-purple wisteria flowers, hanging down in gorgeous, dropping clusters up to 50cm long. It blooms in late spring or early summer, filling gardens with a calming, sweet spring fragrance. ‘Macrobotrys’ is a long-lived climber that doesn’t require high levels of maintenance and can thrive in many different conditions. A versatile plant, it looks equally brilliant growing along walls, trellises, fences, or pergolas, and can be placed in a pot or the ground directly.

Make sure you plant this Wisteria in a bright place, as it does best in full sun or partial shade. It can establish in any soil type as long as it is moist but well-drained, and it can tolerate some levels of drought once established.
