Ajuga Cordial Canary - Feathered Friends

Ajuga Cordial Canary ‘Feathered Friends’ has gorgeous bright gold leaves that last for the whole year. Its nickname ‘Carpet Bugle’ comes from the thick carpet of rosettes formed by the foliage. This growing habit makes this an excellent plant to use for groundcover; it is especially useful as it will grow happily in shady positions where grass may not have sufficient light. This quality makes it ideal for growing under trees. As well as the stunning bright foliage, this perennial also offers beautiful blue flower spikes in the spring and summer.

Grow this plant in any moist, well-drained soil. Full sun can cause scorching, so it is best grown in full or partial shade.
