Allium aflatunense is one of the most iconic ornamental alliums, known for its large, globe-shaped clusters of violet-purple star-like flowers that rise above strappy foliage in late spring to early summer. Reaching heights of up to 90 cm, these eye-catching blooms create stunning vertical accents and are especially effective when planted in groups through borders or among perennials.
Plant bulbs 15 cm deep and 15 cm apart in well-drained soil and a sunny position. Allium aflatunense pairs beautifully with ornamental grasses and hardy geraniums. This perennial will add architectural quality and pollinator-friendly charm to any garden space.

Alliums prefer well drained soil in full sun Plant allium bulbs at a depth of 10cmand a distance of 10cm apart.
For best outcome, plant in well-drained soil in full sun position or partial shade. Plant in Autumn and to flower in Spring.
