Brighten up your vegetable patch with Beta vulgaris 'Swiss Chard Rainbow Mix', a bright and nutritious leafy green with bright stems in red, yellow, pink, orange and white. The glossy green leaves and colourful stalks are edible, soft, and flavorful - ideal for stir-fries, sautés, and as a colourful addition to salads. Foliage can be used like spinach.
Water on a regular basis and pick the outer leaves while young for continual cropping. Ideal for edible borders and attractive vegetable plots. Plant alongside carrots, cabbage, or marigolds to increase production and aesthetic appeal in a colourful, delicious garden. It also looks great woven in to herbaceous borders to enjoy both the colour and the cooking appeal.
