Ceanothus is a fantastic evergreen that comes in to its own in late spring, producing a dazzling display of dark blue flowers over its arching branches, themselves covered in dark green leaves.

Also known as Californian Lilac, It is the perfect choice for a bright sunny mixed border, ideally on a free draining soil. When planted towards the back of a border or against a fence it makes an excellent backdrop for other plants throughout the rest of the year. In winter, thanks to retaining it's foliage, you will also have nice evergreen cover, then in late Sprimg - early summer the dazzling display of blue flowers.

Tough, hardy and drought tolerate once established, these will look marvellous in any setting. Supplied in 2-3 litre containers.full of gorgeous buds and flowers in season.
