Convolvulus sabatius Trailing Lilac Blue
Availability: Out of stock
Convolvulus sabatius, also known as Blue Rock Bindweed, is a trailing perennial often grown as an annual in the UK. It produces a graceful cascade of lilac-blue, funnel-shaped flowers from early summer to autumn, set against small, soft green leaves. Ideal for hanging baskets, containers, and the edges of raised beds, its trailing habit makes it perfect for softening hard edges and adding a touch of colour throughout the warmer months.
Plant in full sun in well-drained soil or compost, in a sheltered spot protected from cold winds. Water regularly during dry spells, but ensure good drainage to prevent root rot. Feed every few weeks with a balanced liquid fertiliser to support prolonged flowering. This easy-going plant pairs well with petunias, lobelia, and other summer bedding favourites.
Supplied in approx. 9cm pot.
