Coreopsis verticillata 'Chorasan Burgundy and White', a gorgeous perennial with thin, thread-like leaves and bi-coloured flowers, that, will provide long-lasting colour and airy texture to your borders.
Each bloom has a burgundy centre that fades to clear cream-white tips, providing a striking contrast from early summer until well in to autumn. Compact and bushy, it's ideal for mixed borders, wildlife gardens, and container displays.
Thriving in full sun with well-drained soil, it can tolerate drought once established and poorer sandy soils too. Deadheading on a regular basis will help to prolong flowering. Combining with ornamental grasses or lavender creates a naturalistic, pollinator-friendly planting scheme that flowers for months with little maintenance required.
