Digitalis Lucas - Foxglove

This is an attractive foxglove and refreshing colour flowering for a long period with purple tubular blooms held around the flower stem. The tall spires of large, well-spaced blooms make these fantastic foxgloves the perfect choice for the back of a large cottage-style border.

These Foxgloves are compact, hardy perennials and will provide an abundance of sturdy flowering spikes which will attract a succession of pollinating insects throughout the summer. The strong nature of the flowering spikes rarely requires any staking.
