Ginkgo biloba 'Little Emperor'
Availability: In stock
Ginkgo biloba 'Little Emperor' is a compact form of this unusual and favourite deciduous conifer that dates back to the age of the dinosaurs.
Unlike most Ginkgo varieties, the Little Emperor Ginkgo is a very small representative of its kind, said to reach a mere metre high and wide at maturity. The foliage of the plant is correspondingly delicate, dark green, turning to bright buttery yellow shades in the autumn. This special dwarf Little Emperor, is sure to be sought after for use in smaller gardens, or perhaps even Bonsai enthusiasts to work on their craft.
Little Emperor is very hardy in the garden and easy to grow, doing well on virtually all well drained soils. It will do best in a sunny to semi-shady position. Supplied in approx 5 litre containers.
