Hardy Cobalt - Blue Plumbago Plants - Ceratostigma plumbaginoides

Hardy Plumbago Plants really are fantastic deciduous shrubs, bringing a welcome splash of colour to the garden in late summer and autumn just as many other flowers have gone over.

The compact spreading bushes are covered in masses of vivid cobalt-blue flowers from August, right up to Christmas in mild areas, and are followed by a show of rich scarlet to russet-red Autumn foliage. Ideal nearer the front of a border with a bright aspect, or in seasonal planters.
