Helenium Moerheim Beauty

Helenium 'Moreheim Beauty' is one of the finest late-summer perennials, producing a succession of dark copper-red daisy-like flowers up to 8cm (3 in) across with prominent, dark brown centres from June to August. A favourite for prairie style and cottage gardens, this long-flowering variety also makes excellent cut flowers for indoor arrangements

This beautiful sneezeweed thrives in fertile, moisture-retentive but well-drained soil in full sun. Perfect for mixed borders and naturalistic planting schemes, it provides a splash of colour when combined with rudbeckia, echinacea and persicaria. Deadhead spent flowers to encourage continued blooming and cut stems back after flowering. Divide established clumps every few years in spring to maintain vigour and keep plants flowering at their best. Heleniums are versatile plants that love plenty of sunshine and moist soil. They rarely suffer from pests or diseases.
