An attractive plant for the shady garden, the Hosta 'Sorbet' is a variety of hosta that adds refreshing coolness with its variegation. Compact hosta harmoniously blends with green and creamy white stripes, hence its name "Sorbet," for a deliciously cooling effect. Thus, the variegation with stripes of medium green and lime green ensures a bright interest that shows off in shaded areas. The 'Sorbet' blooms charming spikes of lavender flowers during mid to late summer, which contrasts well with the foliage and leads all kinds of pollinators into the garden.
