Hydrangea arborescens Lime Rickey

‘Lime Rickey’ produces amazing large domed flowerheads which open up a pale green and gradually fade to a soft white as summer progresses. It’s cool tones contrast beautifully in any border or bed, highlighting other bright colours and adding depth to your planting. This deciduous shrub can grow to approximately 1-1.5 metres in full shade making it well suited to growing in areas hostile to most other plants. The large flower heads are also ideal as cut flowers for indoor arrangements.  

This Hydrangea should be planted in full or partial shade in a moist but well-drained soil. It isn’t picky, able to establish in any type of soil or potting compost but will require a sheltered spot from cold and dry winds.

Strong plants are supplied in approx. 3 litre containers.
